Tia Buckham-White is the Founder of EmotionThink and Notre Internationale, a leader in executive coaching, self-awareness, and cultural inclusion, with over 15 years of corporate experience in enterprise sales, business partnerships, and leadership consulting, working with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and universities to drive diversity, engagement, and organizational transformation.

Renea is a visionary leader and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of expertise in strategic planning, business development, and event production, founding JPierre & Company to deliver high-impact experiences, while holding executive roles at Usher’s New Look and ITSMF, where she spearheaded donor engagement, strategic partnerships, and philanthropic initiatives.

Tracy J Moss is an entrepreneur, master cosmetologist, and community leader with over 35 years of experience in the salon industry, founder of the Black History Camp, and a dedicated advocate for education and nonprofit work through Go Beyond Your Knowledge Fund (GoByk), Inc.

Lora Kight is a legal expert, counselor, and nonprofit leader with a distinguished career in corporate law, community service, and governance, holding degrees from Purdue University, the University of Kansas, and Emory University, and serving organizations like First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, Impact100 Atlanta, and the Samaritan Counseling Center of Atlanta.
