Elizabeth Swann is a results-driven sales strategist and business transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, optimizing sales effectiveness, and designing high-performing organizations. She has held key leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Comcast, Cricket Wireless, and AT&T, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives that enhanced sales performance, improved customer engagement, and maximized profitability.


As a Senior Consultant at SalesGlobe, Elizabeth specializes in sales compensation, organizational design, and go-to-market strategies. She partners with businesses to develop tailored solutions that drive efficiency and increase sales productivity. Previously, she served as Vice President of Sales and Strategy at Comcast, where she led efforts to transform retail operations, achieving a 146% increase in sales targets and pioneering innovative programs that improved frontline employee engagement and customer experiences.


During her tenure at Cricket Wireless, Elizabeth played a critical role in post-merger integration and led national sales operations, including commission design for a $1 billion budget, fraud mitigation strategies, and frontline technology solutions that saved $93 million in subsidy losses. Earlier in her career, at AT&T, she was instrumental in architecting the sales operations for a startup flanker brand, scaling it into a multi-billion-dollar business within just 13 months.
